By downloading or using Follow Steward (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions. The App, and all intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Follow Steward.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

2. Informational Purposes Only

Follow Steward provides tools to track asset lifespans and maintenance costs. The calculations and data provided are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, accounting, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any major financial decisions based on the data in this App.

3. Gratitude Tips & Purchases

The App may offer optional "Gratitude Tips" as In-App Purchases. These tips are strictly voluntary and are intended solely as a way for users to express support for the developer. These purchases provide no additional features, functional value, or digital goods within the App. All transactions are processed by Apple via your App Store account, and refunds or billing issues are governed by Apple’s Terms and Conditions.

4. User Data and Privacy

Follow Steward processes data you provide to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the App secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is handled.

5. Limitations of Liability & Apple Disclaimer

In no event shall Follow Steward be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

Apple Specific Terms: You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Follow Steward only, and not with Apple, Inc. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
